ASEAN Security training on radio frequency management
On 17/11/2015, in Hai Duong City Centre Radio Frequency Region V coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications, Hai Duong province held a conference on professional training in management of radio frequencies and radio equipment to more than 100 delegates are officials and experts of the Department of trade and Industry, Department of Science and technology; Provincial police; Head of Culture and Information of the district; Head of the radio station district and commune levels; representatives of related businesses in the locality. Mr. Le Tien Dung - Director of Center of Radio Frequencies area and Nguyen Quang Hao V - Director of Department of Information and Communications, Hai Duong attended and spoke at the conference.
At the conference, reports Central Park V was disseminated to the participants about: Law of Radio Frequencies and regulations of the State in the field of frequency and devices VTD; order and procedures for licensing the use of frequencies and equipment VTD; issues related to the regulation devices VTD. The meeting also spend time answering questions from delegates on the issue of conformity of equipment, quality and impact of the wireless radio to other information systems, especially systems flying a private operator.
Conference closing remarks, Mr. Le Tien Dung - Director of Center of Radio Frequencies Region V states: Training workshop gave participants a relatively complete manner the provisions of law in area Radio Frequencies. Center Director V propose organizations and individuals to use the frequency to comply with the law and enforce compliance with the provisions detailed in the permit. Meanwhile, Director of the Centre stressed V: The purpose of the detailed rules and strict technical parameters and conditions on mining licenses are for the benefit of users.
